White Feb 1997 Innocence and purity should be loved, embraced and respected. Both within our own person as well as others. Innocence and purity is lost many times in our lives and once it is lost it is gone forever. When all innocence and purity is gone they are replaced with cynicism. The definition of "innocence": freedom from guilt or sin through being unacquainted with evil : BLAMELESS : Chastity : freedom from guile or cunning: lack of worldly experience or sophistication. The definition of "purity": free from what vitiates, weakens, or pollutes : containing nothing that does not properly belong : free from moral fault or guilt. The definition of "cynical": to be one who believes that human conduct is motivated wholly by self-interest and or is contemptuously distrustful of human nature and motives. It's not far from innocence and purity to cynicism. Be careful when you start down that road. Be aware of pushing or leading others down it. Me, I'll take innocence and purity. Remember: Giving up is the same thing as saying "I'm tired of waiting on GOD !"
