We have become a society that lives to be entertained. Entertainment, in moderation, can be a good thing. Also, we must choose the right form of entertainment.

It has come to my attention, as an overall rule, that we no longer have the right form of entertainment.

There are 3 thing that we consistently use in a non-stop fashion. The following is the list of the 3 things we use as entertainment and they were NEVER intended to be entertainment.

1. Sex
2. Food
3. Religion

Oh, any particular individual may not use all 3 or even 2 as entertainment but at least 1 is always used as entertainment.

What is ironic about these 3 things is the relationship that they have to each other and to life itself.

Sex – beginning of life.

Food – sustains life.

Religion – delivers us to an after life. (proper religion)

We have taken life giving, life sustaining and, again, life giving things and made them toys. The three single most important things in sustaining life and we "play" with them.

All of these things are gifts from GOD. What does HE think of our new attitude toward HIS gifts?

Well, let me ask you this – if you gave a starving person food and they ate heartily the first few times … but … then they started eating only part and ignoring the rest and finally they literally rolled the food in the dirt playing with it … how would you feel about wasting life sustaining nourishment on the ungrateful person?

Even if this person was your child wouldn’t you eventually stop delivering the food to them? I mean it has nothing to do with not loving your child … but why waste it? Why let the child believe it is OK to waste it? Wouldn’t you be responsible, even by the most lenient of measures, be required to teach the child better?

Well there’s your answer … GOD is responsible to teach us "better" … in fact .. it is HIS nature to teach us to be the "best" we can be …not just better.

Taking a baseball bat and using it as hammer is insulting to the giver of the gift.

Or, take your wife’s or mother’s new kitchen towel, the one that they have wanted for years, and use it to check the oil in your car. (This is still a gift that you misused)

Any action like this says that you do not care about the giver of the gift. You don’t care about the giver’s feelings, thoughts, desires and most importantly … you don’t care about your relationship with the giver.

If you think you’re in trouble with your wife or mother YOU'RE not even close to as much trouble you are in with GOD!

MEN - Your wife, girlfriend, or one night stand are not play things. Neither is any other woman in your life.

Ladies – you are not play things – do not advertise that you are and you will reduce or eliminate the devastation that comes from being used. Dress properly – not adequately – PROPERLY – the way GOD says to dress. No cleavage. No Nudity or near nudity. No flesh exposed, thighs, buttocks, belly, and or breasts. If you wear something tight (buttocks, crotch or breast region wear something loose over it that covers it up. Don’t play physical contact games with anyone other than your husband … not boyfriend… only your husband. A boy or man sexually feels a woman in many ways. Physical contact games, tickling, piggy back rides, swimming pool games, having the girls set in his lap or on his knee. Do Not have sex with anyone other than your husband.

MEN – "you" protect the woman/women and do not ask her nor put her into any of these above described situations unless you are married to her!!!! It is the man’s job to seduce but only the woman that literally belongs to him AND GOD says that woman is a man’s wife! You cannot call a woman a slut when it is you that seduced her into it! A woman is made to be seduced … PERIOD! When she meets a man that she can love she can be seduced .. period! I do not care who she is. Do not blame her for being what GOD made her to be. YOU are to blame when you take advantage of her in any inappropriate fashion … YOU ARE!

MEN – do not let you daughters, sisters, wives, mothers, aunts, etc get into situations as described above. That’s right your wives are included! Only with, you, their husband is it permissible for a woman get into these situations. DO NOT let teenage girls go on un-chaperoned dates! No woman should be completely alone with a man until they are married. Appropriate dating does not need to include petting and it should not include petting (making out)! You are putting a lit flame into a small room filled with gasoline, nitroglycerin, and dynamite altogether!

Women – you back the men up when they say no to their daughters or women they are responsible for. These relative females, listed above, other than the wives, are the only women that men are not sexually attracted too! SO that makes these relative men responsible for these relative females!

Do not live to eat. Eat only to live. When you are bored don’t search for food.

Understand that hunger does not mean you eat until you are full. You eat until you have enough food in you to provide proper energy for the day and for your health.

Also it does not have to be sweet to be what you need. In reality sugar is one of the absolute worst things a person can put in their body!

GOD is your entertainer????! I guess it’s understandable that a person would believe this falsehood considering the way people worship entertainers!

Look up the definition of worship! GOD’s definition and description! Shame on you if you have to be entertained when you go to worship service! Shame! Shame Shame!
