Romans16:16 "Greet one another with a holy kiss.  All the churches of Christ send greetings."

You can't force anyone to change yet you are required to inform them of the sin they may be living in. We must remember to inform them in a humble, non threatening, and most importantly, non-demanding way. Do not expect a positive reception. Do not expect change!! In fact expect absolutely nothing!

If they do change or attempt to change then make sure you reward them for this with your love and friendship.

If they will not listen at all either bring someone with you who can truly be a help or stay away completely...

If they listen but refute all you have to say and no change is made then you have two choices:

If they don't listen or don't change they very probably will have a negative sinful effect on you or one of your family members!!! You still owe them forgiveness & love! BUT NOTHING ELSE!!! Most certainly not your soul or your spouse's soul or your children's.

So, there is no need for vengeance or vindictiveness. In fact the only thing that can mess you up is pride and arrogance on your part! After all Jesus came to tell the world what they weren't doing right and they put nails in HIS hands and feet, thorns on HIS head, pierced His side and humiliated him by hanging HIM on a cross between two thieves.....YET.... Somehow we expect to be treated differently.. JESUS never forced anyone to be different and HE could have called 10,000 Angels to make his point and force change anytime HE wanted to...so force must be wrong.. Tolerance of no change is wrong as well,... for most people misread tolerance as approval. So, be strong, inform, forget it and or stay away... and stick to it...humbly...but stick to it.
