Church of Christ, GOD, JEHOVAH, Jesus Christ, Messiah, Saviour,

We must continue to teach and insist on the truth, ... ALL TRUTH ... not selective truth, in GOD's church. If we let anyone exist within the body, that teaches or lives non-truth, then they have diluted the overall truth of the congregation ... AND .... we are wrong for allowing it. This dilution of truth weakens the body of CHRIST and it's effectiveness.

GOD's word, which is all truth, convicts a soul and saves it. If we ourselves speak un-truths or allow un-truths to live in the church, what have we done to the soul of the lost? Un-truths will not convict him or her and will not lead them to CHRIST. It will not ever happen. Nor will it retain the existing members.

PURITY is what the lost seek and the saved require. What is pure about a lie or non-truth? NOTHING!

We must expect perfection in everything or we will not have it in anything. Only GOD can say what is "good enough".

This does not mean we can judge people nor can we not forgive them.

So lets clarify what truth is - Anything that GOD has said "is", or "is to be done", or "is not to be done" is TRUTH. In other words - any words that GOD has uttered is the truth.

And to quote 2 Timothy 3: 16 - All Scripture is GOD breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.

Anything else is questionable and if it is questionable we should not declare it to be the truth. Only GOD's word is absolute truth. Anything other than GOD's word is speculation or a flat out lie or more politically correctly stated - it's a NON-TRUTH.

We are to live, breath, and teach truth. The number one way (the way with the most impact) we do this is by living it. To accomplish any and all of this we must always, always, always accept and embrace truth. This includes any new truths as we become aware of them.

And in all things we must learn that disputable matters - (non-salvation issues or non-obedience issues) - must be overlooked and no issue made of it or them at all. And I quote: Romans 14:1 "Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters."

This scripture is what creates the balance we need in our expectation of perfection and pursuit of the truth.

Example: If a man delivers a scriptural truth, in any form of communication, and he has done it in a fashion that is different than how I, me, you, us, and or we would have done it ... this could be a disputable matter. AND if we complain about it or make it an issue in any way, then we are insisting on an un-attainable perfection. We are demanding the deliverer to be a mind reader (or we are believing he should consult with us before delivering any truth when GOD is the consultant he needs). This is a perfection that is not required by GOD. Since the deliverer has only spoken GOD's word, Who has sinned? Not the deliverer.

This understanding is how we comply with "Ephesians 4:3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace." By understanding what is disputable and what is not and letting the disputable matters go.

Last - Would you complain to GOD about how HE didn't do it the way you would have? Would you demand that HE reworks the truth and the delivery of it? Of course you wouldn't.

Well, let me ask you this - "How do you know, that any message that was delivered to you, wasn't exactly as GOD wanted it delivered?" Be careful what you dispute. It could be GOD HIMSELF you are arguing with.
